Pilgrimage
Over ten years, I have walked through places where the ordinary and the sacred quietly meet — temples at dawn, mountain paths worn smooth by a thousand feet before mine, faces lit by devotion or exhaustion or both.
These photographs are not travel documents. They are pauses. Moments where I set down whatever I was carrying and simply looked.
I went searching for something I couldn't name. I am still not sure I found it. But the road, and the people on it, changed how I see — and that, I have come to believe, is the point.
